5 out of 5 starsBest NW Construction came to our aid when a water leak that originated in the garden and saturated the crawl space caused significant damage to an adjoining bedroom. Although the workers from Restoration1 had done a great job drying up the ground and cleaning up the underground mess, there was considerable damage to the interior of the house. Radu and Vadim from Best NW replaced the drywall, removed damaged carpeting and installed laminated flooring in its place. They painted the walls and replaced old baseboards. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They worked with me to put my house back together. The flood was in June and by mid-August my house was ready for me to move back into. All my fears were unfounded, because not only is their crew highly skilled, they are extremely respectful. They installed hardwood floors, tile in the bathroom, 2 new vanities, drywall in a few areas, a few other odds and end jobs that helped my house look more polished. 5 out of 5 starsMy experience was nothing short of a literal Christmas miracle - I’m so impressed and ecstatic over the work they did that I’m writing this review on Christmas Eve, after they’ve JUST left. A month ago a water leak left me needing to reconstruct the almost entire bottom floor of my house (family room, laundry room, bathroom, and a bedroom). Once mitigation & insurance gave the go ahead, these guys came in and took care of everything! Walls, baseboards, floors, vanity … reinstalled toilet, sinks, washer/dryer. They were easy to work with, polite, kind, and quiet - even for construction - all during the holiday season. Even my chihuahua liked them (and they put up with him). Upon leaving, they cleaned, vacuumed & put everything where it needs to be. I cried happy tears when they left because I’m so impressed! Please hire them for whatever you need done! See more See less

5 out of 5 starsIf you are looking for great communication, follow-through, and precision work from a general contractor, these are your guys. They installed an island range hood in our kitchen, which involved opening up the ceiling to build in some new framing to hang it from and to run new ducting outside. They did the work they promised (and more) for the agreed-upon price. When assessing the project, Radu suggested as long as they would be re-painting the entire ceiling, they might as well update all of our ceiling lights as well. We couldn't be happier with our "like new" kitchen/family room ceiling and lighting, on top of the beautiful job they did hanging the hood, exactly centered over the range. They even relocated a couple of the lights to places that made more sense than where the original builder had placed them, something we never would have thought of ourselves. I also can't say enough about how well they respected our home while they were working here, keeping everything clean as they went along and then picking/cleaning up thoroughly at the end of the day. I felt like they treated our home like it was their own. I highly recommend Best NW Construction LLC for any of your construction/remodeling projects! See more See less

5 out of 5 starsI wanted to thank these guys on behalf of my parents they recently hired Best NW Construction for their new deck and they couldn’t be more happy with the results. My parents are an older couple and were super impressed with the time Radu and Vadim took to explain to them in a way that they would understand what materials are needed and go over every step of the process. They knew they wanted a deck but that’s about it and these guys really helped them come up with a design that goes with their house and also take into consideration some of the things they wanted incorporated. They felt listened to and not judged. The guys are also absolute perfectionists every single angle of that deck is straight and smooth. A 90 degree angle is 90 degrees not 91 or 89. My parents are super excited and looking forward to have an outdoor space where they can have their children and grandchildren over. 5 out of 5 starsBest NW Construction did three large projects for us. The first was repairing the basement after a water heater burst: this involved water mitigation, replacing flooring, drywall, painting etc. The other two were home remodeling. This is where their work really shone. They did a complete basement remodel, including installing heated floors, moving a wall, and a complete bathroom remodel. They did two projects upstairs: a complete remodel including merging three rooms to create a large master suite, adding a walk in closet and en suite bathroom, and renovated the kitchen, turned the entire back wall into bifold doors, replaced flooring, leveled the floor, replaced cabinets and counters. Here were the aspects of working with them that were really great: 1.) They took a real professional pride in their work: every mitered corner perfect, every joint, seam, edge perfect; painting was perfect: every edge straight, every surface flat and even. 2.)They were very smart: they made intelligent choices - as a home owner who does not have experience with building, I could not specify every aspect of the project, so there were infinitesimal decisions I didn't think of, couldn't think of, and they made the right choices about when to ask for clarification, when to just make the decision themselves. 3.) They were solicitous of my ideas and mostly made them work, but still saved me from some of my more “creative” thinking, based on their experience working with different materials, on different projects (for example, at one point I was thinking of a dark purple marmoleum floor, which would have been costly and would not solve the problem of obscuring a large bump in the subfloor; I was set on an end grain butcher block kitchen countertop, which was likely to absorb water around the sink and warp significantly.) 4.) They accurately estimated the time a job would take to complete and completed the job on time in budget. There were no surprise delays or increased costs. If something was going to cost more than expected this was made clear before doing the work; they were transparent about when the work would be scheduled and how long it would take to complete. On top of all this, they were nice - just really excellent people, aside from their professional skills. The end result is a beautiful house, not a single regret. See more See less
